"Manyou-en" within the precinct of Gokoku Shrine

"Waiting for the moonrise to set sail at "Nikitatsu",

This Monument was built in 5th Jul. of 1967(Showa 42), carving the characters on the monument just as they were expressed in "Manyou-shu"; Genryaku issue (published in 1184, National Treasure).
A way of reading in Japanese is "Nikitatsuni Funanorisento Tsukimateba Shiomokanainu Imawakogiidena".
This monument was set up in "Manyou-en" within the precinct of Gokoku Shrine. Sub monument that said this monument was not built to decided this place is "Nikitatsu", was built at the right side of this monument.
