Haiku is appeared in the Haiku poetry "Komori - the guardian of trees" edited celebrating Kyoushi's 77th birthday. This Haiku monument in Senshu-ji Temple was unveiled by his grand children on 5th May of 1986 (Showa 61), celebrating Kyoushi's 80th birthday and a large number of Haiku originators blessed him.
His real name is "Kiyoshi". He was born in Nakajima-cho, Onsen county in 1907 (Meiji 40). He had been a newspaperman in Moppo of Korea.
He came across upon Kyoshi in 1933 (Showa 8) and edited "Karitago" in Moppo in the next year, 1934. Since the War, he took part in "Hototogisu association in Ehime" ( It's president was Mokuzen Sakai) .
He succeeded the editor of the monthly Haiku Magazine "Kaki - Persimmon" after Mr.Shinpei Hatano, since July of 1961 (Showa 36). He had Haiku poetry "Kourai", "Genkai" and "Asazuru".
